The Interscholastic Equestrian Association was established in 2002 to provide students in grades 6 through 12 organized competitive opportunities in equestrian sports and to promote and improve the quality of equestrian competition and instruction.

The Lake Effect Equestrian Team is based out of Brenric Stables in Edinboro, PA and is open to all riders in the Erie area.
