August 7, 2013

Dear EHSC Members, Pony Clubbers and Friends,

It’s Event time again and we have around 114 competitors so far. Your help is needed to make this another successful Event!

Monday, August 12 Set up Dressage – Dorothy Hokanson (716-484-7509) at 5:00 EHSC Cleanup Day – Bring mowers, weedeaters, etc... See list on Scoreboard.
Tuesday, August 13

Set up Dressage – Dorothy Hokanson (716-484-7509) at 5:00 EHSC Cleanup Day – Bring mowers, weedeaters, etc... See list on Scoreboard. Snacks will be served at the Announcers Stand.

Wednesday, August 14

Finish Stadium and Dressage if necessary. Continue weedeating, and mowing. Set up tents.

Thursday, August 15 

Decorate X-country course.

Friday, August 16

Ready or not, the Event opens at 3:00 sharp.

Donated baked goods can be delivered to clubhouse. Kitchen – Barb Nash (814-450-5728)

Needs 2 to 4 helpers for the weekend.

All Week

Mowing/Weedeating – EHSC Grounds and X-country Courses

Painting – Stadium – Laura Hetz (814-397-5097) – X-country – Jean Kuhl (814-490-7151)

Jump Judges – Please call Amy Vincent (814-969-8756), or Deb Tierney (814-392-4811)

General Painting – Announcers Stand and Outhouse

Trimming – Clubhouse Bushes and Weedeat around Arenas and Trees.

Remember our profit sustains the programs of the EHSC and LHPC. Your donation of time will ensure the success of this Event. Please volunteer where and when you can, call Peg at 814-397-8381 or Jean at 814-490-7151. I will be on the grounds daily from 1:00 Monday on – come join the fun!
